Edgy Red Glitter Ombre & Gold Foil
This set has a wonderful edgy, artistic feel. I love the mix of textures: the solid red, the red glitter ombre on a nude base, and the abstract gold foil on another nude nail. The slightly tapered square or coffin shape works perfectly here.
How I’d Recreate This:
The solid red nails are straightforward. For the red glitter ombre, I’d paint a nude base. Then, using a makeup sponge, I’d apply a red glitter polish ☍ , concentrating the glitter at the tip and dabbing upwards for a faded effect. For the gold foil nail, after the nude base is dry, I’d apply a thin layer of gold foil adhesive ☍ (or a slightly tacky top coat) and press on small pieces of gold nail foil ☍ in an abstract pattern. Seal everything really well with a top coat, especially the foil, to prevent chipping.
