Chic Ombre with Gold Foil Accents
Ombre nails remain a favorite, and this variation is particularly lovely. It features a soft gradient from a natural nude near the cuticle blending into a white tip, all on a sharp square shape. What makes it special is the addition of textured gold foil flakes â concentrated near the free edge, almost like a deconstructed French tip. To achieve the ombre, apply your nude base color near the cuticle. Apply the white to the tip. Using a small sponge or an ombre brush, gently blend the two colors where they meet. You might need a couple of coats to get a smooth transition, curing in between if using gel. Once youâre happy with the blend, apply a bit of nail glue or clear gel where you want the foil, and press the flakes on. Finish with a top coat to smooth everything out and protect the design.
